Tesk-Holm Spring Showcase

The Tesk-Holm Spring Showcase was hosted by Todd Searles at his beautiful Tesk-Holm Farm outside of Spring Valley, MN on Friday, May 13th. The sale averaged an impressive $4715 on the 77 full lots. The star of the sale drew a tremendous amount of interest and was a beautiful Durham daughter of the well-known EX-91 All-American nominee Wilcoxview BC Sky, a 7th generation EX from the Roxy family. A successful member of their show string, she sold due December 1st to September Storm. She was offered by Tesk-Holm and Ed Garcia and purchased for $28,500 by Joel Kietzman of Waunakee, WI. A first choice MAS from the recently fresh Stelbro Renita Ranger-Red was the second high seller. Renita promises to be a force again in 2005. Consigned by Carrousel Farms of Orangeville,IL, Larry Jerome of Barron, WI gave $15,800 to add another Renita to his Jerland herd. Next in line at $12,200 was a stylish 12/04 Astronomical from Elegance going from Budjon-JK to Matt Henkes of Luana, IA. Jason Mell of Merrill, WI gave $11,500 for 2nd choice Sept Storm due 12/05 from Butler and Kingstead's great Adeen. The sale was managed by Tom Morris Ltd.
